I feel kinda bad for Jane because she may have blew it in her confession but she didn’t expect it afterall. And then Jake was like “oh you don’t like me. That’s okay I have a second option anyway” which is pretty insensitive of him. Welp I guess it is justified since he’s never really had real social contact before, making him less sympathetic about people’s feelings. Still though. Kinda mean of him.
